Denise Gardiner

Denise Gardiner   MARLA

Managing Director

Denise began her property career working for a firm of conveyancing solicitors, followed by estate agents, architects and a property developer – so, along with having been an overseas landlord as well as a tenant on her return from overseas, she has a wide-ranging personal knowledge of her market. In 1996 she joined Property Services, initially as a Property Manager, but within six months was appointed Managing Director. In 2002 Denise acquired the company and has since devoted her time to enhancing its reputation for providing the best possible service.

Shonda Underwood

Shonda Underwood   MARLA

Director

Shonda has worked for Property Services since 1997, and has been a Director since 2002. Her responsibilities include business development, lettings and property management. Shonda has always lived in or near Haslemere and, having been in the property business since leaving college, she has visited, shown or valued just about every house in the area. She has a wealth of knowledge which proves invaluable in perfectly matching a tenant to a property.

Sarah Ellis

Sarah Ellis   MARLA

Director

Sarah joined the Property Services team in 2004, having previously worked in the travel industry. She has since built a wealth of experience in property management, dealing in all aspects of new business and ongoing client relationships. As a landlord herself, Sarah can empathise with the requirements of both landlords and tenants. Sarah became a Director in 2011 and is wholeheartedly committed to the business and its clients.

Hannah Bramich

Hannah Bramich   MAAT

Accounts Manager

Hannah is a qualified management accountant and joined Property Services in 2006. She manages all aspects of the company's day to day accounts and tax management, concentrating on the many overseas landlords that Property Services looks after.

Karen Lees

Karen Lees  

Receptionist and Accounts Assistant

Karen has been with Property Services since 2006 after working for many years in the travel industry. She divides her time between the busy reception desk and the day to day running of the accounts department. Karen is completely invaluable, and looks after all the team at Property Services.

Jean Phillips

Jean Phillips  

Administrator

Jean has a long track record in a PA/administration background, having worked at board level for one of the largest companies in the UK where she gained an NVQ in Administration. She joined Property Services after working for several years for a project management company involved in property refurbishment and new builds, and has become a key member of our team.

Jill Peters

Jill Peters  

Administrator

Jill joined Property Services having spent a large proportion of her career within the insurance and finance industries and has previous experience in lettings and property management. She enjoys working with our well established, happy team, and is passionate about her role within the company.
